Mistakes are costly
A wrong call on a plant, a route or a network costs money that you cannot get back.
BiltIQ Twin is a digital twin framework built by BiltIQ AI Lab. It keeps a digital copy of a real operation, such as a plant, a network or a supply chain. You can replay what happened, try a decision on the copy, and have a person approve it before anything changes in the real world. BiltIQ Twin is in development and tested on simulated data.

What happened, and when, sits across sensors, spreadsheets and separate systems.
When something goes wrong, it is hard to see exactly what the state was at the time.
Every event is kept in a permanent log, labelled with where it came from.
Rebuild the state of your operation at any past moment.
Try a change on a separate what-if branch. Your real history is never touched.
A person approves the decision, and a guard stops simulated actions reaching the real world.
Add an industry as a pack or a definition, without changing the core.
CSV, JSON and Excel imports, plus MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus and BACnet connectors.
Run scenarios on separate branches and compare the results.
Check a model against a site’s own history to see how far to trust it.
Roles, single sign-on with SAML or OIDC, two-factor sign-in and an audit trail.
Export to DTDL, NGSI-LD and AAS, so your model is not locked in.
Compare routes and interventions before committing.
Plan around outages and capacity limits.
Model feeders, transformers and supply schemes.
Model HVAC and energy across a site.
A digital twin is a working digital copy of something real, kept up to date with data from it. It lets you see the current state, look back at any past state, and test a change safely before you make it.
The core stays the same and each industry is added as a pack or a definition. We have built working models for freight, grain supply, robot missions and security design, along with definitions for cold stores, factory lines, building HVAC, power distribution and water networks. All of these run on simulated data today.
BiltIQ Twin can import CSV, JSON and Excel files, and has connectors for MQTT, OPC UA, Modbus and BACnet. It can also export to standard twin formats: DTDL, NGSI-LD and AAS. The exact connection for your site is confirmed during scoping.
It is not a finished product yet, and it has not run on a live site. If you have a real operation to model, talk to the lab about a custom build.
Tell us what you run and what you want to test. We will tell you what a twin of it would take.
