BiltIQ pricing has two tiers. Own it: a one-time site licence of ₹50–90 L (₹35 L for a platform-only site) plus a managed service of ₹16–18 L a year, with hardware at cost; buyers start with a ₹5–8 L paid pilot. Subscribe: SaaS and API tokens from BiltIQ's GPU cluster in India, not yet on sale. All ex-GST.

Paid pilot: test your SI on your own documents
NDA first. On your GPU server or a BiltIQ loaner, your documents stay on site; if you have no server, the pilot can run on our India cluster under NDA. You get a findings report against your manual results, then decide on the licence.
What the ₹16–18 L managed service covers
- Model and platform updates, including security updates, installed by us
- Remote health monitoring of your GPU server and services, with your permission and no document access
- A quarterly health and usage review
- Agent and workflow tuning (the number of changes is set per contract)
- Support: business hours IST (Mon–Sat 9:00–19:00); site-down first response within 4 hours, remote first
- GPU faults: handled through the OEM warranty, with the claim managed by us. We hold no spares; your site keeps running on the remaining GPUs meanwhile.

Why don't you show one exact price?
The licence depends on your segment and the workload your SI will carry: a government site and a large enterprise site differ in scale and support. BiltIQ shows the full range publicly, ₹50–90 L one-time plus ₹16–18 L a year, and every scoping call ends with a written price for your case. BiltIQ never publishes one client's price.
Is the paid pilot fee lost if we don't buy?
The pilot is paid work: ₹5–8 L, ex-GST, for 4–6 weeks on your own documents. You keep the findings report whatever you decide. If you take the licence, the full pilot fee is credited against it. The pilot runs under NDA on your GPU server or a BiltIQ loaner, so your documents stay on site.

Are BiltIQ prices inclusive of GST?
No. Every BiltIQ price on this page is ex-GST, and GST is added at the applicable rate on the invoice. The hardware figures are indicative and passed through at cost, so they move with the market. BiltIQ shows ranges, not per-client prices, and confirms your exact price in writing after the scoping call.
