Delivered late
Procurement contracts are often delivered late.
BiltIQ Agent OS is an on-premise AI agent platform. Its agents read tenders, contracts and claims, check them against the buyer's rules and cite the page behind each finding. Outbound calls are blocked by default, and irreversible or high-consequence actions pause for human approval. It runs on the buyer's own GPU server, on top of BiltIQ AI Factory.
We'll walk you through it on sample data.
Procurement contracts are often delivered late.
Poor contract management costs buyers money.
Health-claim payouts are lost to fraud, waste and abuse.
Tenders and contracts are read page by page, often over months. Defence buyers ask each model's origin.
Reads 30+ formats (by design), scans included; handwriting is weaker.
Agents test files against your rules; budgets stop runaway loops (by design).
Every finding cites its page. Consequential actions wait for human approval.
97 agents built; 11 pass all 7 of our quality checks.
Model-agnostic: open-weight models chosen per buyer. NVIDIA Nemotron by default for defence and PSU; Qwen3.8-27B for reasoning where allowed.
Document reading and retrieval. Loads 30+ formats (by design), including scans, and finds the passages behind each answer, with the page cited.
Ask questions of your own documents. Answers cite the source page.
Multi-step agent workflows with approval steps built in. Budgets stop runaway loops (by design).
Connects to your systems over MCP; connectors are built per deployment.
A spoken channel into the same agents, included in the Agent OS site licence with no separate fee. Scoped per deployment; languages and response times are confirmed in the pilot.
A named reviewer accepts or rejects each finding. If no approver is available, the action is blocked.
Outbound calls are blocked by default. Patent application filed (202631094208), not granted.
Each agent climbs 7 quality checks before we rely on it; 11 of the 97 pass all 7 today.
Your file is loaded. With the gate on, nothing goes to an outside API.
Your SI agents test clauses, amounts and dates against your checklist.
Each finding shows the page and the text it rests on.

They are software agents that do the reading and checking, but stop before any irreversible or high-consequence step until a named person approves it. In BiltIQ Agent OS, your SI agents' findings land in an approval inbox, where a reviewer accepts or rejects each one. If no approver is available, the step is blocked rather than run.
Yes. Your SI agents in Agent OS test clauses, amounts and dates in tenders and RFQs against your checklist, and cite the page behind each finding. A named reviewer accepts or rejects each one. BiltIQ proves this on your own past files in a 4–6 week paid pilot, measured against your manual results.
Not on an Own-it install. Your SI's outbound calls are blocked by default by the platform gate, and an unconfigured install blocks all outbound calls. The agents and models run on your own GPU server. In on-prem-required mode, no outbound host can be allowed at all. Patent application 202631094208 covers the gate; it is not yet granted.
Yes. Agent OS is model-agnostic: open-weight models chosen per buyer. NVIDIA Nemotron by default for defence and PSU; Qwen3.8-27B for reasoning where allowed. Defence buyers check each model's origin under Public Procurement No. 1, which is why Nemotron is the default there.
Owning your SI agents with BiltIQ Agent OS costs a site licence of ₹50–90 L one-time plus a managed service of ₹16–18 L a year, with hardware at cost. The paid pilot is ₹5–8 L over 4–6 weeks, credited against the licence. All prices are ex-GST. The Agent OS subscription is not yet on sale.
They are now features of BiltIQ Agent OS. Manthan reads and retrieves documents, Chat answers questions with page citations, Flow runs multi-step workflows with approval steps, Connect links your systems over MCP, and Voice adds a spoken channel. The old product pages redirect to the matching section of the Agent OS page.
