Accounts in Tally or Zoho, customers in a CRM or a spreadsheet, stock and projects elsewhere. Month-end means reconciling by hand.
BiltIQ Business OS is an AI ERP and CRM for Indian and UAE firms. It covers accounts, GST with GSTR-1 export, UAE VAT (5%) with a monthly VAT summary, sales, stock, projects and HR on one pipeline. Its 66 copilot tools draft and propose; the 23 tools that change data wait for a person to approve. The subscription opens in Jul 2027 (targeted).
We'll walk you through it on sample data.
Accounts in Tally or Zoho, customers in a CRM or a spreadsheet, stock and projects elsewhere. Month-end means reconciling by hand.
Discounts, purchase orders and payments get approved over chat or email, with no trail in the books.
One that edits records on its own is a risk to the ledger.
CRM, sales, billing and accounts on one path. Real double-entry: every journal balances, and sales post to the ledger. GST with GSTR-1 export and 5% UAE VAT invoicing with a monthly VAT summary are built, plus a TDS register and certificates. CRM, finance and HR share one approval path. It is built to replace a Zoho-type stack.
Lead scoring, dedupe, business-card OCR, SI email drafts sent after approval
Quotes, orders, invoices, credit notes
Ledger, bank reconciliation, GST with GSTR-1 export, UAE VAT (5%) with a monthly VAT summary, TDS register and certificates
POs, goods receipts, stock moves, production BOMs

Attendance, leave, payroll
66 tools across CRM, sales, accounts, projects and HR. The 23 that change data are all approval-gated. One planner today; Agent OS agents join gradually.
Every copilot call goes to an append-only log.
Moving from Tally or Zoho: opening balances set at go-live; inventory and BOMs import from Excel/CSV; a direct Tally/Zoho importer is on the roadmap.
On the roadmap, not yet built: IRN e-invoice; e-way bill API (typed by hand today); TDS codes under the new Income-tax Act; on-prem file storage; SAP/Salesforce-scale depth. UAE PINT AE e-invoicing is targeted for Mar 2027.
The copilot calls a tool that changes data.
Role permissions apply, closed by default; bad inputs are rejected.
The call is frozen with a preview in the approval inbox. It expires in 72 hours.
Approve, and the frozen call runs. Decline, and your SI is told.
The 23 gated tools: leads 9, RFQs 6, work items 4, revenue 2, platform 1, insights 1.
Every few minutes, your SI sorts new email and spots enquiries, quote requests and escalations. A real enquiry becomes a lead.
It notes what the customer wants, checks for duplicates, assigns the owner by territory and scores the lead hot, warm or cold.
You read it, edit it and approve it. Only then does it send.
No reply in 3 days? It drafts a follow-up for your approval, up to three in a thread.
Photograph a business card, or type "met Rahul from X, wants an ERP for 50 users", and your SI builds the lead.
When a quotation is won, the lead becomes a client and the onboarding checklist starts.
Nothing goes to a customer and no record changes until a person approves it.

BiltIQ Business OS is an ERP and CRM with your SI and GST built in, including GSTR-1 export, a TDS register and real double-entry accounts. Its subscription for MSMEs opens in Jul 2027 (targeted) at a launch price of ₹3,500 a month per firm, ex-GST. It is not yet on sale; join the 2027 waitlist to hear first.
No. Business OS has 66 copilot tools, and the 23 that change data all wait for a person. Your SI proposes; a person approves. Each proposed change sits frozen in the approval inbox with a preview, and expires after 72 hours if nobody approves it. Role permissions are closed by default, and every copilot call goes to an append-only action log.
Your SI reads incoming email every few minutes, spots enquiries and quote requests, and creates the lead. It checks for duplicates, assigns the owner by territory, scores the lead hot, warm or cold, and drafts a reply that sends only after a person approves it. It drafts follow-ups when there is no reply in 3 days, builds leads from a business-card photo or a typed note, and turns the lead into a client when a quotation is won.
Yes, with some manual steps. Opening balances are set per account at go-live, and inventory, production BOMs and HR attendance import from Excel or CSV. There is no direct Tally or Zoho importer yet; it is on the roadmap. BiltIQ scopes the move on the scoping call and confirms it in a written phase-1 plan.
Business OS already charges 5% UAE VAT on invoices with your TRN and builds a monthly VAT summary; the FTA VAT return format is on our roadmap. PINT AE e-invoicing is targeted for Mar 2027. BiltIQ is not an accredited service provider (ASP), so you appoint your own ASP for e-invoice exchange. UAE subscription launch pricing is $12K a year per firm plus $15K implementation, not yet on sale.
Not all of it today. On an Own-it install, the database and your SI run on your network, and the models point at your own GPUs. Attachments and documents are stored in cloud storage (GCS or S3) today; on-prem file storage is a roadmap item. BiltIQ states this up front so your security team can plan for it.
Own it: ₹20–40 L for the licence and implementation, plus an 18% yearly AMC; as an add-on on an existing BiltIQ site there is no second managed-service fee. Subscribe (launch pricing, not yet on sale): ₹3,500 a month per firm in India, or $12K a year per firm in the UAE plus $15K implementation. All ex-GST.
